What's this funny sounding blog all about?
For a decade, I followed the Kolkata Knight Riders. Reveling in their victories, getting over heartbreaking losses, getting stuck in the permutations-combinations rut surrounding net run rates, I’ve done it all and more. At the end of 10 years, a fan saw two trophy lifts and some decent points table finishes, giving every reason to be happy and not complain. Yes, the first 3 years were as important to us as the next 7. As I get set to wear my KKR fandom for the 11 th straight year, I have decided to do something more this season. I am going to put down all my musings post every KKR game; in that, this is a very niche blog. I’m not expecting a non KKR fan to enjoy reading this. In fact, I’m not expecting anyone to enjoy reading this. This is as personal and boring as it can get. I tend to get unnecessarily emotional at times, and so, writing is my way of placating myself this season. This blog will be my placebo effect. This season, I’m a Kolkata Knight Writer.
